(no subject)

I have been watching many movie films, be it comedy, horror, adventurous etc but what really remained vivid in my memory was I not stupid Too.  The show reflected a typical household in Singapore, both the rich and the poor.
In the movie, there were three main Characters. Tom Yeo, played by Shawn Lee, Jerry Yeo, played by Ashley Leong and Cheng Cai, played by Joshua Ang.

Singaporean's lack of social graces a social disgrace.

I think that partly of Singaporeans are prejudice towards the Indians. Whenever there is countdown for Christmas or New Year Day, some people will start to say that, " wow, so many black ants." I think that i would be so hurting if those dark skin people get to hear this. But also there are people who have Indian as their best friend. As from the experienced as working as a crew at a fast food restuarant. I hardly hear a customer say a thank you after i completed their orders. But there are some who are also very polite. They will keep, " thank you. thank you, thank you!" There would be some people who will delibrately make things difficult for the counter crews. Or maybe not even a thank you when asking for sauce. I think it will make the person's day better by saying a "thank you" if the person helps you. The "kiasu" spirit from Singaporeans also leave a bad impression to tourist. When they board the train, they dont give way to the passengers who are alighting. They just squueze they way through like as if people does not need to alight the train. What if among the passengers, there are some tourists, how will this action make them think of Singapore? I think it would be so nice if those people who always squeeze their way through wait and let people in the train alight before boarding. Basically, actions and words that are done or said by Singaporeans will affect how the way other countries people think.
